What are implants? 

An implant is an artificial tooth root placed into your jaw to hold a replacement tooth or bridge in place. It is more conservative and tooth saving than traditional bridgework, since implants do not rely on neighboring teeth for support.

 

What are porcelain veneers? 

It is a ultra thin laminate of porcelain that are bonded to the front of the teeth. We can change the color and the shape of the teeth. (We also provide lumineers) – a non- invasive procedure to have a perfectly white and straight teeth.

 

How old should I be, before I have braces? 

Ones should be assessed for Orthodontics (braces) as early as age 7. Sometimes early interceptive therapy can eliminate or reduce the amount of orthodontics required in the future.

 

Are white fillings better than silver fillings? 

The two main differences between white and silver fillings are their composition and esthetics. Silver fillings contains some mercury which might be contraindicated to some patients. While white fillings is compose of composites resins. The other difference is the esthetics. White fillings are tooth colored compare to the silver fillings.

 

Is teeth whitening safe?

Under a supervision of a dental professional, it is perfectly safe to whiten teeth. It is contradicted to whiten your teeth if you are pregnant or breast-feeding.
